From each of our hotel rooms there can be seen the wonderful view towards the “Blue stones” which eco-paths and tourist routes attract numerous mountaineers. The national park is the third-biggest after these in Pirin and Vitosha. To the nearest and most visited part called “Karandila” a chair lift can be taken.
Inseparable parts of the interior of the Park Central Hotel are the paintings of roses which were bought in an organized competition among all the art schools in Bulgaria for the aim of assisting young and talented painters.
Emblematic sights for The Town of The 100 Voivodes are “The old elm-tree”(“Staria briast”), the breeze in Sliven, the stone massif “The loop”(“Halkata”) and many others. One of them is the building of the first hotel in Sliven – “Blue Stones” (“Sini Kamani”), which was built in the beginning of the previous century and after a full renovation has accommodated the Park Central Hotel. The newly-built hotel by “Monolit” Ltd., with the designer architect George Koinov, was awarded 2nd prize in the category “Restoration building” in the 4th edition of the prestigious competition “Façade of the Year”, organized by “BAUMIT - Bulgaria” Ltd.
The winery in Elenovo is situated on 44 km. from Sliven. It is built on a hill in one of the most picturesque valleys between Stara planina and Sredna gora. The building, faced with stone, attracts with its middle-age appearance of a castle – citadel. The guests can sample a fine selection of wines in a convenient atmosphere.
